Homes in North Vancouver run $900-$11 mln depending on the neigbourhood. Mostly homes are priced from $900-$2,3 mln if they are 40-50 years old. New homes could range from $2,3 in Lynn Valley to 11 mln in Dollarton. The most desirable houses in North Vancouver which have lot size from 7-8,500 square feet. View homes are the most expensive. But when the home is facing to the water it's much more expensive than the identical one facing to the mountains. The difference could be $500,000-2 mln for the water view only. The homes built with the mortgage helpers - secondary suites - are valued more, since it's much easier to get a mortgage buying such homes and much easier to sell these properties anytime in a future.

One bedroom apartments are priced from $220,000 (in a building 44 years old with age restrictions) in a freehold low-rise wood frame building built in central areas such as Central or Lower Lonsdale.
One bedroom condos are priced from $270,000 in 3 storey wood frame freehold building 42-44 years old without age restrictions.
One bedroom apartment in concrete high rise building in central area will cost you from $390,000 in a complex 20 years old and older. If it's from 2-10 y years old, the prices starting from $420,000 depending on which level the apartment is, size of the unit and view. $420K it's 550 square feet condomimium from 4-8th floor.
Two bedroom condos in North Vancouver in highrise building are priced from $500,000 and up in 20 years old building. If the concrete building is 2-10 years old and from 800-900 squear feet you will pay $680,000 and up.
Two bedroom apartments in a wood framed 3 storey 44 years old building in North Vancouver are priced from $380,000 and higher. As I said, the pricing depends on square footage of the property, rental and age restrictions regulations, and some other factors.
